We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Asia: Bahrain, India, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

  • Oceania: Australia

  • Special Administrative Regions: Hong Kong

2. Order Processing

  • All products will be shipped in 2-3 weeks.

 

3. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from China via ocean freight — a reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious method. The estimated delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from the date of shipment.

Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed over to a local carrier for final delivery. 

Please note - Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders are shipped duty-free — no additional customs charges at delivery.

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, we can request a return of the shipment to our warehouse.

  • Please note: In such cases, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
