All Tramora luggage is backed by a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty, ensuring repair or replacement of your luggage in the event of manufacturing faults. Covered components include:

- Specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell
Please note that our extended warranty excludes:
- Defects resulting from improper use
- Second-hand purchases without proof of direct purchase from Tramora
- Cosmetic damages such as:
- Damage that does not affect the overall functionality of the case
- Damage arising from misuse or excessive weight on hooks, phone stands, or laptop stands
It's important to understand that accessories such as wardrobes, wash cases, tech cases, sunglass cases, cup holders, laptop sleeves, and laundry bags are not included in this limited lifetime warranty.
